TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

BY PURCHASING OR ACCESSING THE COURSE, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, DISCLAIMERS, AND POLICIES STATED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, OR IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA, YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM BUYING OR ACCESSING THIS COURSE.

1. RIGHT TO MODIFY THE TERMS

We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time without prior individual notice to you. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Course following any updates signifies your automatic acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. STRICT TECHNICAL AND MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS

To enroll in and successfully utilize this Course, you must personally possess and maintain the following infrastructure at your own expense. We are not responsible if you cannot access the course or perform the work due to technical limitations:

Computer Equipment: You must have a high-quality, modern, and reliable laptop or desktop computer. A mobile phone or tablet alone is not sufficient to complete the work taught in this course.
Mobile Device: You must have a functioning mobile phone with an active, reliable phone line/service for communication and verification purposes.
Internet Connectivity: You must have a continuous, stable, and high-speed internet connection capable of streaming videos and executing online tasks.
Software and Navigation Skills: You must already possess baseline computer literacy, including knowing how to navigate the internet, manage files, and operate basic software programs.

3. LANGUAGE AND MULTIMEDIA ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that the Course utilizes a mixed-media, multi-lingual format:

Languages Used: Content is delivered via a combination of English text (including English user interfaces in screen recordings), Punjabi (Gurmukhi text and audio commentary), and certain external links featuring Hindi or Urdu audio.
User Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure you are fluent or fully proficient in understanding these languages. We will not offer refunds or technical assistance based on language barriers or an inability to understand the instructional text or audio.

4. APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY, CHARACTER, AND FITNESS

This Course is highly exclusive and is strictly intended for individuals who meet high standards of discipline, ethics, and health. You certify that you meet the following criteria:

Mental and Physical Fitness: You must be mentally and physically fit to endure the focus, hours, and concentration required to study and build an online business.
Communication Skills and Etiquette: You must possess a "good sense of talk." This means you must be polite, professional, and capable of articulate, respectful interaction, as you may be required to interact directly with clients or customers in the real world.
Honesty and Integrity: This course enforces a zero-tolerance policy for dishonesty. If you possess bad intentions, malicious thoughts, a history of fraudulent behavior, or an intention to scam others, this course is not for you. We reserve the right to ban any student suspected of unethical behavior.
Anti-Laziness Clause: This course requires intense manual labor, mental energy, and focus. Lazy individuals will fail. If you are looking for an easy route or are unwilling to work hard, do not purchase this course.

5. EARNINGS AND RESULTS DISCLAIMER (ANTI-BLAME POLICY)

Many people blame courses when they do not succeed. By purchasing this course, you explicitly waive your right to blame the Course, the Instructor, or its affiliates for your financial outcomes.

Not a Get-Rich-Quick Scheme: This course is not magic. There is no overnight growth, automated wealth, or passive miracles.
Gradual Progression: Earnings, if any, will happen slowly ("slowly, slowly") as you build skills over time.
No Income Guarantees: We do not guarantee that you will make a single cent. Your financial success is entirely dependent on your own hard work, intelligence, learning ability, market conditions, and personal execution.
Realistic Milestones vs. Fantasy: We explicitly do not claim that you will become obscenely wealthy or buy a Bugatti. The goals of this course are grounded in realistic, middle-class financial freedom—such as working hard to slowly afford a standard sports car (e.g., a BMW M340i) or purchasing a home in a normal, everyday city. 6. INDEPENDENT RESEARCH AND DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND THIRD-PARTY YOUTUBE LINKS

Proprietary Content: All original text, custom videos, graphics, layout, and screen recordings created by the Instructor are the exclusive intellectual property of the Instructor. You are granted a single, non-transferable license for personal viewing. You may not download, copy, screen-record, resell, share, or distribute this content under any circumstances.
Third-Party Content Notice: To provide maximum value, this course contains curated hyper-links to external YouTube videos created by third parties.
- You acknowledge that we do not own, manage, or claim copyright over these third-party YouTube videos.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, language updates, policy changes, or sudden deletion of these external videos. They are provided strictly as free, supplementary educational references.

8. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND TERMINATION OF ACCESS

One License Per Person: Your login credentials are strictly for you. Account sharing, group buying, or letting a family member or friend use your account will result in the immediate permanent ban of your account without a refund.
Revocation Rights: We reserve the right, without liability, to terminate your access to the Course instantly if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, acted dishonestly, insulted other students, displayed a bad attitude, or brought disrepute to the Course.

9. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of this product and the immediate delivery of intellectual property, strategies, and screen recordings, all sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, lack of time, inability to understand the languages, lack of proper computer hardware, or failure to make money.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Instructor, creators, and platform hosting this Course shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the course. You assume 100% of the risk for any business ventures, client interactions, or financial investments you undertake.

BY PROCEEDING WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND FULLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SUCCESS REQUIRES HARD WORK, HONESTY, AND DISCIPLINE, AND YOU ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN RESULTS.
